Bateaux London launches MV Harmony

MV Harmony arrives on the Thames

The event: the launch of Bateaux London’s new boat.

The menu: Sodexo’s chefs went all out at their interactive canapé table. The theme was ‘edible garden’. Among the highlights, we enjoyed the asparagus with edible soil, vegetable crudités in flower pots, pork belly cubes, foie gras and pistachio terrine, red rice pancakes with sea bass mousse and saffron mayonnaise.

To drink: gin and tonics were served in kitsch tea cups, Champagne was in full flow, as were quintessential summer party glasses of Pimm’s.
