Due to the relocation abroad of a long standing member of the team, Square Meal Venues & Events is delighted to announce a very rare opportunity to join our sales team as account director, responsible for generating revenues across some of our larger and longer terms accounts, as well as new business, by selling display and online advertising, exhibition stands and sponsorships across our full portfolio of market-leading products.
Square Meal is the UK’s market leader at providing information to the corporate market on venues and events through a range of products that include (in print) our iconic annual guide and five stylish seasonal magazines. These are all under-pinned by our powerful website, plus e-newsletters, reader events and at our award-winning exhibition Square Meal Venues & Events Live.
The role entails selling advertising packages across our full range of market-leading print and online media, as well as exhibition stands and sponsorships to both new business leads and some of our existing established accounts.
The successful candidate will have solid experience working in sales (preferably media) at a similar / senior level providing print, online and exhibition solutions to high-ranking clients. They will be intelligent, smart, sociable, confident, self-motivated and want to work in a fun yet driven environment where hard work and results are well rewarded.
