Saké and umami dinner with Nobu Matsuhisa

Nobu Matsuhisa (of Nobu fame) will speak in front of a select group of diners at a saké and umami dinner at Nobu Old Park Lane, on 11, 12 and 13 February.

This is a rare opportunity to hear the chef and restaurateur discuss the secret of his success, while experiencing his world-class dishes for yourself. All of the dishes on the menu have been created with umami – the highly valued fifth taste – in mind, and each dish will be matched with a different saké. Highlights will include king-crab tempura with amazu ponzu; and grilled wagyu steak with Jerusalem artichokes.

The event starts at 7.30pm for 8pm. There are just 60 seats available each evening. Tickets cost £260 and can be booked in advance.
