This September, bartenders in some of the capital’s top drinking hotspots will be vying to serve the finest Chambord cocktail creations – and they want you to judge their efforts.
The eight bars participating in the competition will be offering the best Chambord cocktails alongside the liqueur’s new signature serve – Chambord Gl’amour (pictured, above) – but, in the end,
you, the customer, will decide who has best expressed Chambord’s unique mix of decadence and sophistication.
Below are the bars that will be serving fantastic Chambord cocktails. Register as one of the 300 judges and you will receive a Chambord passport that will enable you to sample two free cocktails
(one Gl'amour and one bespoke serve for you and a guest to sample) at each of the bars between 1-30 September (details below).

How to enter
To be on the judging panel for this competition, simply sign up at squaremeal.co.uk/chambord – places are limited, so be quick. By the end of
July, you’ll receive a passport which will entitle you to two free drinks at each of the competing bars*. You will then be able to report back on your favourite. The winning cocktail will be
announced in mid-October.

Sistière, a château in Cour Cheverny, in the heart of France’s Loire Valley. Here, the master blender oversees a painstaking process of infusion, extraction, marrying and blending that transforms
fresh raspberries and blackberries into a liquid byword for decadence and sumptuous luxury.
The fruit is infused not once but twice in French spirit, in a process that lasts six weeks, ensuring that every last nuance of flavour is extracted. Only then are the berries delicately pressed to
