On Tuesday 13 November, Adam Coghlin, one of the capital's self-styled Young British Foodies (YBFs) and an authority on home-curing and smoking, will teach guests the skills needed to cure and
smoke meat and fish at home.
Coghlin will talk guests through culinary feats such as making salami and smoking salmon and mackerel. The course takes place just ahead of Christmas, giving you plenty of time to rustle up some
edible gifts for family and friends, or a stunning dish on the day.
