On Thursday 24 November, The Ritz will host a Dom Pérignon Champagne dinner.
Executive chef John Williams has developed a bespoke five-course menu to complement the Champagnes chosen, which include the 2002, the 2000 rosé, and the 1996 vintage of DP’s prestige cuvee,
Oenotheque; dishes include confit of turbot with hazelnut butter and braised oxtail, and poire William with caramelised wafer and prune-and-Armagnac ice cream.
The dinner will start with a Champagne-and-canapé reception in the Marie Antoinette suite of the hotel’s 18th-century William Kent House. Guests will then go through to the Music Room for dinner.
During the meal, Richard Geoffroy, chef de cave at Dom Pérignon, will talk guests through the Champagnes chosen to accompany each dish.
