Antinori and Bonny Doon at The Cinnamon Club

Fine-dining Indian restaurant The Cinnamon Club is hosting two separate five-course wine-tasting events with Italian wine maker Antinori and the biodynamic American wine producer Bonny Doon in October and November respectively.

The first, on Friday 16 October, is an evening with Antinori, one of Tuscany’s oldest family wine producers, who date back to 1188. With a menu designed by head chef Hari Nagaraj alongside wine buyer Laurent Chaniac and the Antinori family, guests can enjoy five courses, each individually paired with some of Antinori’s finest wines, for example clove roasted grouse and pumpkin pickle with a 2007 bottle of Il Bruciato, Guado al Tasso, from Bolgheri.

Then on Friday 20 November, the restaurant will host an evening with the biodynamic vineyard Bonny Doon from Santa Cruz, California. Renowned for producing ultra-premium wines, guests will be treated to a carefully paired five-course dinner. Founder Randall Grahm, will also be on hand to sign copies of his new book, ‘Been Doon So Long, A Randall Grahm Vinthology’ before dinner commences.

Both evenings start at 7pm with dinner at 7.30pm and, with only 40 places available for this exclusive event, booking is essential. Tickets are priced at £90 per person. To book contact 020 7222 2555.
