Located in Oblix East, guests will be served a three course meal of signature dishes from Oblix’s flame kissed menu, each paired with a specially curated cocktail by Fable Whisky. To start, beef tartare with indulgent bone marrow paired with Chapter Eleven: Ghost whisky, distilled at Glen Elgin. Following this, guests will be served cedar smoked black cod, cooked on Oblix’s grill, with Chapter Two: Folk whisky, distilled at Linkwood. To finish the meal on a sweet note, a pecan chocolate bar served with whisky ice-cream made with Fable’s Chapter Six: Crwos whisky, distilled at Blair Athol, and Chapter Five: Hound, distilled at Mannochmore.
