To mark the 50th anniversary of the James Bond franchise, the Barbican is hosting an exhibition, which will showcase the inside story of the making of one of the world's most influential and iconic movie brands. The venue has been given unprecedented access to EON Production’s film archives and as a result ‘Designing 007’ will explore the craft behind the screen icons, the secret service and villains, tailoring and costumes, set and production design, automobiles, gadgets and special effects, as well as graphic design, exotic locations, stunts and props. Special gadgets and costumes by designers such as Giorgio Armani, Tom Ford and Gucci's Frida Giannini, will also be on display. The exhibition will run from 6 July to 5 September this year and private viewings (for groups of 50 or more) with hospitality are available through Mark Butler Associates. Packages include canapés and bowl food as well as wine, beer and soft drinks before and during the exhibition. Prices range from £195pp +VAT to £215PP +VAT depending on how many guests attend.
