A luxury marquee located in the main Grandstand area at concourse level, the Trackside Restaurant is purpose-built for the Royal Ascot meeting. One of the facility’s highlights is its private balcony, in a prime position just metres away from the track, offering guests a head-on view of the racing. The noise of the horses thundering past will appeal to racing enthusiasts, while the buzzing concourse level location gives guests a real taste of the Ascot atmosphere. Championing locally sourced British cuisine, the day’s line-up includes an excellent five-course lunch with matching wines followed by afternoon tea with rosé Champagne. It’s a modern-looking facility, stylishly furnished and decorated, with 10-seater tables that can be reserved exclusively or shared. Royal Enclosure dress code applies and the package includes admission to the After Racing Party, which takes place on the Friday and Saturday nights.
Packages in the Trackside Restaurant start at £695 +VAT per person for Saturday 23 June, going up to £914 +VAT for Friday 22 June - the restaurant is fully booked on Thursday 21 June.
After-Racing Party
When the racing is over, Ascot’s more energetic hospitality guests head for the after party. Usually hosted by one of London’s top nightclubs – Mo*vida took the honours last year – tables in the
Trackside Restaurant are cleared away to make room for a suitably expansive dancefloor as guests drink and dance until midnight on Friday and 2am on Saturday. Even if you’re not planning to last
the duration, the after party is a fun way to extend your day (and, importantly, to avoid the crowds heading back to the station).
Guests with Trackside Restaurant passes have tickets included in their hospitality package, while those spending the day elsewhere on the course can purchase admission tickets from the hospitality team before the event or wait and see if they’ve got something to celebrate on the day – subject to availablility. Big winners might take up the option of a VIP table of 10 for the night, which includes table service. Evening-only guests are required to meet the Grandstand admission dress code: jacket and tie for the chaps, dresses for the ladies, but hats aren’t necessary.
Tickets for the after party in the Trackside Restaurant cost £50. A VIP table for 10 is an additional £500. All prices include VAT.
