Chester Boyd

Based in the City of London, Chester Boyd has a long history of catering to prestigious venues within the Square Mile, as well as high-profile events at the Royal Palaces. It is the sole caterer for a number of livery halls, including Butchers’ Hall, Coopers’ Hall and Haberdashers’ Hall, among others. Menus are distinctly British in flavour, combining classic recipes with modern technique in dishes based on locally-sourced, seasonal and sustainable ingredients – think deconstructed rhubarb crumble, served with rhubarb compote and a rhubarb and a vanilla shot. Canapés, buffets, bowl food and formal plated meals are all available.
