Heading up the kitchen at Putney Pantry is chef patron Issa Cissokho, who has worked as a chef for more than two decades and has experience working in some of the capital’s most respected restaurants. Cissokho also looks after the catering arm of the business and is able to use his expert culinary skills to provide set ups for both casual and formal weddings, whether you are just after canapes and bowl food, or a more extensive buffet-style feast.
While the menu at Putney Pantry is more geared towards homespun dishes and casual dining (think the likes of sandwiches, omelettes, salads and jacket potatoes) it is through the catering side of the business that chef Issa’s creativity and passion for food really come to life. He is also very much used to drawing on inspiration from around the world to help inform his cooking, so you can always expect variety and innovation here.
