Leeds have undergone a turbulent last 20 years, spending much of that time outside the top tier of English football. But the club certainly have the look, feel and supporters to make them one of
the biggest clubs in the game. Their Elland Road stadium was redeveloped in the 1990s, with the showpiece cantilever East Stand holding 17,000 fans alone. The stadium as a whole can house 40,000
supporters. The Whites have a glorious history both domestically and in Europe, lead by key players such as Billy Bremner and Norman Hunter, but they are in a phase of rebuilding after their
overspending of the last decade left them financially crippled.
