Drunch is an all-day dining restaurant in the heart of Fitzrovia with a friendly neighbourhood vibe and relaxed atmosphere. By day, it’s all about insta-friendly brunch plates, epic burgers and endless cups of coffee, but by night, you can retreat down to its hidden basement for cocktails, sharing plates and a place to party. Kave is open every day for guests from 5pm to midnight, but it can also be hired for private events and parties if you’re looking to celebrate in style in London.
Kave, as the name suggests, is made up of two historic caves with brick walls dating back to 1890. The secluded space offers its own private bar, which sits proudly beneath a grand brick arch, and is fitted with comfortable red banquet seating and comfortable cushions throughout. Cosy orange lighting casts a seductive glow over the space that’s guaranteed to give any event held here an exclusive feel.
Every good party needs music, right? Kave offers a DJ desk if you’d like to hire a DJ for your bash, but if you’d rather make your own playlist and plug it into the speakers, then you can do that to. The events team at Drunch are able to hire a DJ, and even a photographer, for you at an extra cost if preferred.
With the space designed in the style of a modern speakeasy, the real question is: what are the drinks like? You’ll find a selection of signature cocktails mixed up by a team of master mixologists, including Escobar (rum, caramel, lime, walnut bitter, apple and egg white) and Green Moon (gin, melon, kiwi, lime, sugar, angostura and egg white). Prefer something a little more classic? Simply ask for your favourite cocktail if a negroni or espresso martinin is more your thing. You’ll also find a range of wines, spirits and mocktails on the menu.
