Make sure you and your guests arrive hungry because a true feast awaits. There are three set menus to choose from, with the first being extremely reasonably priced. The Bar.B.Q Blow-Out includes a starting platter of chopped rib tips, voodoo chicken wings and hush puppies, followed by an even bigger main platter of chicken, ribs, Texas hot links and Carolina pulled pork and sides like slaw and pit-smoked beans. Finally, finish off with a dessert for a small supplement, such as s'mores or luxury artisan ice cream. The more extravagant set menus, meanwhile, feature a similar offering but with the addition of tasty seafood dishes like calamari, steamed mussels and Atlantic crab claws.
To drink, there are plenty of punchy cocktails, including both house originals and timeless classics. The former includes the house rum punch, which features white, golden and dark rums, apple, mango, lime and bitters, as well as the fruity pink lady cooler (vodka, lemon, raspberry, passion fruit, pink grapefruit and rose). The classic cocktails, meanwhile, will suit those who prefer something a little more familiar, with options like margaritas, daiquiris, mojitos and pina coladas. The boozy milkshakes here are great fun too, especially the 'Colonel Parker', which blends Jack Daniel's no. 7 with Briottett banana, peanut butter and vanilla ice cream.
