With its own private entrance, and boasting an eclectic mix of signature cocktails, delectable bites, and live music, enjoy this luxurious bar located within The Rubens Hotel. 

Open from Tuesday to Saturday, between 5pm and 10:30pm. 

Each of our teas includes a selection of finger sandwiches, hand-crafted French pastries, tartlets and cakes, and warm, freshly-baked plain and raisin scones. Choose from traditional Afternoon Tea, Champagne Afternoon Tea, or - for two people - Royal Afternoon Tea or Rosé Royal Afternoon Tea, accompanied by half a bottle of Lanson Le Black Reserve or Lanson Rose Label. Grab yourself a stiff drink (and an all-new sharing charcuterie board) as things are about to get heated. It’s a perfect excuse to round up your friends, test your general knowledge and win prizes of up to £100 to spend at the bar.

In this class, they will master a French classic - Choux pastry to make both Savoury choux - Gougères and as well as Classic Chocolate eclairs.

Choux pastry can be finicky for first time bakers and in this class you will be expertly taught the entire process from making the dough to piping to baking to get the perfect finished product.

Chef will take you through the process of making choux pastry dough - which is very diffrently made to most other pastry mixes.

At the end of the class you will have some delicious gougères and chocolate eclairs to take home with you.

This class is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for about 3 hours.
