As the name suggests, this bright, traditional-feel restaurant overlooks a beautiful lake & the gardens that surround the Tudor-style country house hotel in which it’s located. The traditional English menu with a French flair puts emphasis on fresh local produce in dishes like rosettes of spring lamb with pea puree and herbed Yorkshire pudding, or roast pork fillet with a timbale of spinach, caramelized onions and a honey mustard sauce.
