25 Years in the village!

Well Folks, we have finally moved!

This is our “old” website, and our new website will be launched shortly.

Our loyal and regular customers, must not fret though, for although we have moved location, the whole team including Head Chef Paul Fletcher & Hostess Liz Jenner have moved too and our legacy A la Carte dishes are all still available and, what’s more, we have introduced a brand new Breakfast, Brunch & Small Plates Menu, so you can join us any time of the day.

The Salty Dog is one of Jersey’s favourite eateries and has been serving up deliciousness for 25 years!

As proud members of Genuine Jersey, our food and drinks menu features an abundance of local produce and we keep it seasonal, meaning everything is fresh out the sea, from the soil and sourced sustainably wherever we can… our little bistro is a hit with locals and tourists alike and we welcome all ages; we aren’t just family friendly, we’re an everyone-friendly restaurant!

At The Salty, we pride ourselves on our superb service (we love our customers!) and fabulous food.  Our Head Chef Paul Fletcher has been with us since the start (1998) and is a legend in these parts.  All dishes are prepared and cooked with flavour and flair; from our famous curries and reef ‘n beef, to our summer seafood platters and take on Asian/Fusion cuisine.   We offer lots of vegetarian and vegan dishes as well as plenty of gluten free options… Really, we’ve got you all covered.

Our “Sunday Socials” are a must, if you’re bored of stuffy Sunday lunches, come and enjoy our Salty Sundays with live music at lunch … Cocktails optional but make the afternoon swing!
