Booking Policies & Cancellation

To ensure the smooth operation and the best service possible, we have established the following bookings policy.

Bookings Confirmation
•All bookings must be secured with card authentication. Please note that no money will be deducted from your account unless your party cancels within the specified time frame or does not show up for the booking.

•All table bookings are available for 3-hour slots. Extensions will be at the discretion of our bookings team, depending on availability. If you would like to enquire about extending your booking, please email enquiries@bermondseybarandkitchen.co.uk

Cancellation Policy

•For groups of under 40, please notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.

•For groups over of 40, guests are required to provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.

• Failure to cancel within the specified time frame or a no-show may result in a charge of £15 per person to the card used for authentication. (Please note that this cancellation fee differs for Christmas bookings.)

Group Size and Pre-Order

•For restaurant dining parties above 12 people, we kindly request a pre-order of your food options to ensure a seamless dining experience.

•Bookings for parties exceeding 20 people will be offered the option to pre-order drinks to welcome you to your tables and food if you are looking to eat.

•For bookings with 50 or more guests, a pre-order of drinks is mandatory to welcome you to your tables, this also applies to food if you are looking to eat. This is to ensure a seamless experience and reduce the wait time from the bar & kitchen.

Pre-Order Guidelines

•Pre-orders must be finalised at least 5 working days prior to your booking date.

•Once a pre-order is submitted, it cannot be changed within the 48 hours leading up to your booking.

•We encourage you to discuss your preferences and requirements with our bookings team when placing your pre-order.

Sports Bookings

•For sports bookings, please specify which sport you are looking to watch. We prioritise certain games over others so it is essential to indicate your preference to ensure the best experience for your party.

•We have screens across the venue and we randomly allocate tables on the day. Please note we cannot guarantee the tables in front of the big screen.

•Some of our games may be ticketed based on demand.

•Please note that games we are showing are subject to change without notification.

Cancellation Charges

•In the event of a late cancellation (within 24 hours for groups of under 40 or within 48 hours for groups of over 40), or a no-show for your booking, a charge per person may be applied to the card used for card authentication.
