With three new faces in the Business Development and Hospitality department and a discount on room hire, now’s the time to book groups in at the home of
The British Academy in St James’s.
The 10% discount on room hire applies to all full-day or evening events in two or more rooms between 8 January and 31 March 2018. Proceeds will go towards funding new research and debates for the UK’s national body for the humanities and social sciences.
As for the new hires, Catherine Owen (of Royal Museums Greenwich, British Museum and Syon House) has joined as head of venues sales and marketing and shares that she is ‘so excited to join the team. It is such a beautiful building and the British Academy is such an important organisation. I’m excited to see what the new and established members of the team can bring to 2018.’
Other new hires include Amie Murphy as venue business development and marketing manager and Tinique Hay as venues sales coordinator.
