The Corinthia Hotel London wants to get bookers involved in creating its event menus. 

Exec chef Adriano Cavagnini has put together a 2017 calendar of seasonal ingredients, from which bookers can select their favourites. They’ll then sit and sample dishes with one of Cavagnini's team before finalising their three-course set menu. 

The hotel’s sommelier can then pair wines with the food. Allow 12 weeks for the full process.
