The first family of French cuisine will look after fine dining at Tottenham Hotspur’s new home
Caterer Levy Restaurants has drafted in three generations of Roux to help deliver top-end matchday hospitality at On Four.
When the stadium opens for the 2018/19 football season, at least one of Albert, Michel Jr and Emily will create menus, oversee service and be on hand to meet and greet guests for 12 games a season.
Named for the level on which you’ll find it, On Four offers fine views across the 61,000-capacity arena. It comprises The H Club restaurant and lounge, Super Suites and Loges.
There will also be a chef’s table, as well as a player’s table – where guests can sit down with club legends – but, for private events, it’s those fully customisable Super Suites really catching our eye.
