When planning your wedding at The Bridge, you'll receive plenty of help from the dedicated team which has years of experience in events. There are three function suites to choose from, each designed to suit a different style and size of event. The largest is The Ribston Suite which has a capacity of 150 for a sit-down meal and up to 200 for the evening reception. The most contemporary looking of the three, The Ribston Suite has bags of space and floor-to-ceiling french doors running down the side of the room, allowing natural light to flood in and easy access out to the garden.
The Walshford Suite is also very spacious with a capacity of 75 guests for the wedding breakfast, rising to 200 for the evening reception. If you're partial to a classic-contemporary aesthetic, this space has it all. It feels light and airy while showcasing glittering chandeliers and period details. Though, if ornate cornicing is your thing, wait until you see the Bryon Room which has some of the most stunning examples of rococo plasterwork from the 18th century. The stunning ceiling and pale green colour scheme make for an enchanting backdrop for any wedding. Here, there is enough room for 50 guests seated, and 60 standing.
The team at The Bridge have thought of everything for planning your day including wedding breakfast packages which allow you to choose between a wide selection of canapes, starters, mains and desserts to build your own meal. Or, opt for a carvery or barbecue on the terrace instead. There are also options to have an evening buffet to keep the party going, and extras such as a candy cart.
