The Polpo group’s efforts to give every property its own character is clearly apparent at its Notting Hill branch, where a one-of-a-kind tin roof – imported from the US – mixes with glazed bricks to create a cool industrial feel. Little Venice is a curtained-off space ready for semi-private seated and standing occasions, while the newly refurbished Prosecco Bar (complete with a black-and-white tiled floor) is our pick for a drinks reception.
