Helmed by Michelin star-winning chef Mark Sargeant, Plum + Spilt Milk’s offering is British and modern. The dining room is available for hire, and can host breakfast, lunch and dinner events, as well as drinks and canapé receptions. Menus change regularly, but expect the likes of pan-fried cod with creamed celeriac and curried mushrooms. Natural light streams through triple-aspect windows, and the hand-blown glass lightbulbs add warmth.
