Market Rasen Racecourse

A National Hunt racecourse (a jumping track, as opposed to flat) in Lincolnshire, Market Rasen offers a year-round programme of racing, most notable of which is the Summer Plate meeting in July. The Paddocks is the venue’s dedicated events centre, which regularly hosts product launches, showcases and conferences. The Brocklesby Suite is the largest space, suiting meetings for up to 250 seated delegates. The Red Rum Bar, found on the floor below, works well in conjunction with the suite as a reception area for up to 200 people. Alternatively, you could use the space to organise a small-scale exhibition. Weddings, which are a big focus – they host an annual wedding fair – work well in the County Room which comes fully decorated and accommodates 80 guests. Hospitality is also a strong suit, with options ranging from a glass-fronted private box for 20 guests to exclusive-use marquees for larger parties.
