As well as Theo Randall’s eponymous eatery, the InterContinental London Park Lane also houses the informal Cookbook Cafe, designed for interactive cookery and foodie events. With four spaces, the
venue can host between 30 and 200 guests. Sustainability is central to Cookbook Cafe’s premise, and all the ingredients for the seasonal menus are sourced within the home counties. Although the
restaurant is best known for its sharing weekend brunches, it’s also a great space for exclusive hire – it holds up to 200 guests for a reception. The range of food and drink masterclasses runs
from group cooking demos with head chef Paul Bates to cupcake baking with Luis Meza, the pastry chef.
