The Michel Roux Jr Cookery School at Cactus Kitchens
The brains behind popular food shows such as Saturday Kitchen Live and Hairy Bikers Food Tour of Britain are offering tasty teambuilding sessions at The Michel Roux Jr Cookery School at Cactus Kitchens. Starting with canapés and champagne, groups of up to 22 are treated to a team of culinary experts, celebrity chefs and wines specially selected to match their creations. The group is split into smaller teams, where they are set technical challenges and tasks as they create a three-course meal. Guests will then retire to the dining room to enjoy their spoils and relax. Packages start at £197pp, or £247pp to work with a celebrity chef. Big-names on the roster include Vivek Singh, Jose Pizarro, Martin Morales and Cyrus Todiwala.
