As Europe’s largest multi-arts venue, entertaining is something the Barbican does rather well. Since 1982, it has
sustained an amazingly diverse and universally acclaimed repertoire of theatre, concerts and dance performances, as well as film screenings and visual art exhibitions. The opportunity to see
these outstanding presentations, combined with excellent banqueting facilities, makes it an inspiring venue for corporate hospitality. Guests can, for instance, be treated to a private art gallery
viewing with Champagne and canapés, or a seated dinner in one of the banqueting suites ahead of a performance in the Barbican Theatre or Barbican Hall. It is also possible to arrange private
screenings in one of the cinemas, preceded or followed by a drinks reception or meal. The Conservatory, which contains over 2,000 species of tropical plants and trees, and the elevated
Conservatory Terrace are particularly striking spaces for entertaining.
