The Cabin Steak & Seafood Grill

The food is less than average as well as the presentation and service! Calamaris too salty & fish tasteless! My 16 years old daughter would achieve something much better! Very disappointing and expensive!

This was an extremely disappointing dining experience for my colleague and me. We are 2 professional business women who eat out quite often and we were, quite frankly, very alarmed by the whole epeirience – from the disappointment of receiving poorly prepared food to the extremely discourteous waitresses and manager. I would not recommend anyone going to this Chiswick restaurant. This was a major disappointment and an overly expensive lessened learned. I put full blame on the woman who manages the restaurant (a woman) as she was quite rude and totally uncaring when we told her that our experience with the food unsatisfactory. She should be fired as it's clear she conveys this same rude attitude to her staff. This restaurant should be on prime time for ripping people off! And being very sadistic about it!

I have been coming to the Cabin for a couple of years. It was a great fine. Excellent food, great service and good times all round. However, I was there last night and I noticed a difference. The service was awful and incredibly slow and I had noticed that the quality of the food, although still good, had reduced somewhat, especially the ribs, which were now half the size. I hope this is not a sign of a descent into mediocrity that happens to so many of those “little finds” after a while. Buck up your ideas guys and get back to the great place you were before!
