The Angel at Burford has been run by the King family since 2011 and is loved by both visitors and locals for its blend of Cotswold charm, delicious food and drink, and a warm and friendly welcome. They have been proud winners of the ‘Cotswold Pub of the Year’ for many years making it a must stop spot in the area.

As well as being warm and cosy in winter, The Angel also has a stunning walled garden and sun terrace that was landscaped in 2017. Just a stone’s throw from Burford High Street, you will feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle.

It is looking like an amazing weekend of warm sunshine here in The Cotswolds! Our team have held an AA rosette for over 10 years now, with the menu made up of a great mix of pub classics, seasonal specials and delicious fresh local produce. We are dog and child friendly too, everyone is very welcome! 😁 Over the moon to have received FULL MARKS in our @caskmarque inspection earlier this month! We have held this accreditation for over 12 years now, during that time we have been inspected twice yearly at random and with no warning - you are assessed on cellar practice, temperature, beer quality and glass management. A big congratulations to the whole team who make sure our beer quality is always outstanding 👊🏻
