Journey up the spiral staircase to the first floor El Asador at Sabor, sit on banquette seating, overlooking the open kitchen, and enjoy a different Spanish dining experience from The Counter at Sabor on the ground floor. With specialities from the Galicia and Castile regions, dishes are cooked in the traditional wood fired oven, or ‘asador’, sourced from Castile, or large copper pans brought to London especially from Galicia.

For the El Asador at Sabor on the first floor, we accept reservations and walk ins on a first-come-first-served system. You can book online.

El Asador is also available to hire exclusively for up to 25 guests.
