About Sorsi e Morsi
Born from a love of great food, great wine and great service, Sorsi e Morsi is founded by two characters who met during their time working in the hospitality industry. Mark carved a career operating several hospitality businesses and latterly 5 years as a Sommelier. George too worked in hospitality both sides of the Atlantic. After meeting working in Harvey Nichols they formed their own accommodation and property business.
You will now find both with their sleeves rolled up in their latest venture Sorsi e Morsi Wine and Pizza Co sharing what they have learned through their passion for service and knowledge of quality food and wine. Sorsi e Morsi is about providing something special and consistent for their customers and their team. The ethos behind the business is looking to the future, standing out for the right reasons and developing the business with the community around us. Our team are key players, we invest, train and support them to be the best they can be. Our pizza and wine has been carefully selected, down to each specific ingredient and meticulous method in our dough and tomato sauce (not too rich, not to sweet, perfectly seasoned).
