Following on from On The Bab in Shoreditch and Soho’s Mee Market, Linda Lee’s latest project is this chicken-focused restaurant in Covent Garden. The fried variety is the thing here, with four different flavours on offer, including sweet soy. Elsewhere on the menu, you’ll find chicken soup noodles, spicy barbecue chicken served with cabbage, and Chibab – a chicken, salad and rice combination. Vegetarians are also catered for via a mushroom and soy version of the Chibaba, while everything at the restaurant is available to takeaway, making it a solid pit stop for the lunchtime crowd.
