Sunday was the day that we were all destined to break our New Year’s resolutions (if you’re still going strong, we salute you), while today is apparently the most depressing day of the entire year. Blue Monday, they’ve called it (we don’t know who ‘they’ are exactly, but in this internet age I guess it’s all of us, so slaps on the back all round). Quite frankly, Blue Monday can shove it: we’re determined to help you laugh in the face of misery via a slap-up meal (you little anarchist, you).
We award shiny stars to our very favourite restaurants, and if there was ever a day to visit one of them, it’s today. The only trace of Blue Monday left over here is the New Order song that’s now going round in our heads – how does it feeeel? It feels pretty damn good, but not as good as you will in one of these top restaurants...
