This Levantine lot are on a mission to eternalise that summer holiday feelin’ through food and drink. Come lunch or dinner you’ll get a Middle Eastern feast (think slow-roasted lamb, pomegranate and mint salad and plenty of dips), or pop along for a brekkie of pancakes with yoghurt, raisins and dates. We’re sure the craft beers and Levantine wines will help along the way too…

Forza Winter, Peckham

The pop up which always sells out now has a perma-site in Peckham, which plays host to their ever-popular Forza Winter for eight weeks only. This year they’re dishing up six courses cooked across a wood-fired grill, then served up family-style in the middle of two huge tables. The main even is a Valdostana-style fonduta: it’s a cheese and egg fondue (yep, really) from Italy. #rollusouttathere

What: The masterminds behind the cucumber and gin combo have transformed this gastropub’s riverside marquee into a big top, and packed it with carnival games, taxidermy animals, candy floss, popcorn machines and finger food. Of course, there’ll also be plenty of Hendrick’s cocktails (Hot Elderflower Toddy anyone?) to ensure you feel like the ringmaster

What: London’s most successful pop up brings the backstreets of Tokyo to Shoreditch, via street food, saké bars and night markets inspired by various districts of the city. Neon signs, rusty balconies, broken birdcages and tangled antennae set the scene for ryokans (Japanese houses) and the seedy Love Hotel, based on Asia’s ‘pleasure hotels’ (and available for private hire, you filthy lot). Don’t miss the traditional Japanese garden in ‘Old Town’, complete with cherry blossom and wisteria, nor the super-hip DJs who’ll be getting you so warmed up, you’ll definitely be attending the after-party
