This collaborative space, which includes a vinyl shop as well as a bookshop, café and restaurant, has chosen Brazil as its debut culinary theme. Using traditional ingredients as well as rooftop-grown herbs, the menu has some of the best that Brazil has to offer: vaca malandra (slow-cooked shortribs with cassava gratin) and moqueca de peixe e camarão (fresh seafood stew with coconut and palm oil curry). If you’re just after a snack, the tapas menu includes salt cod fish cakes and cassava chips. With Caipirinhas, beers and East London gins on offer from the bar, you can get the full flavour of Rio without having to get on an aeroplane.
