From day one, the emphasis has been on quality and freshness and the restaurant uses only high quality fresh products sourced locally – fish and meat is delivered daily from local London markets and bread and cakes are baked in the restaurant.
All dishes are freshly prepared and cooked to order and served by friendly staff who will work hard to make your dining experience as enjoyable and memorable as possible. On a sunny day guests of Amisha can enjoy their food and drinks in the outside terrace (opened in April 2013).
With its simple and inspired cooking and exceptional customer service Amisha offers unique dining experience in Bermondsey area and with the highest quality fresh ingredients creates the genuine and authentic Italian ‘Mamma style’ food.

Excellent service and food

I love this local Italian restaurant. This place is always buzzed with many customers who love authentic Italian food and very friendly service. However, they did not recognise the square meal voucher pay as i tried to use it.

Very nice!

Welcoming and friendly staff! The food was very good (delicious pasta and seafood). One of the best informal Italian restaurants I've ever tried in London. Consigliatissimo anche agli amici italiani che si dovessero trovare a passare in zona.

Cafe Amisha has tried to make the most of an inauspicious space. On moving in they must have been overwhelmed by the exposed car park concrete. But they have tried to compensate with colourful furnishings and novel lighting. The food is simple, not complicated and not bad… But no better than that. Take the pizzas, the bases are crisp and thin, but there is no sense of flavour and almost non existent herbs. Like everything about Cafe Amisha the service is OK but flawed… Our waiter was friendly, but his incessant quipping became a bore. In an area crying out for places for an informal, but quality restaurant a little more polish here could draw a large and loyal following. As it is, cafe Amisha is sadly underwhelming.
