About Biltons Eatery
The food at Biltons Restaurant can be described as classic British with a twist. We specialise in creating simple, delicious dishes to suit a variety of palettes. We believe the best way to treat your ingredients is to keep them as natural as possible. We like to use modern cooking techniques at Biltons but we don't like to mess around with food or make it too fussy. Our core menu concentrates on pub staples such as steak, fish and chips and our own Biltons burgers. We're a lot more creative and adventurous with our specials, working with ingredients such as duck breast and sea bass. We'd have to suggest everyone try our rack of lamb at least once – we prepare it in a very special way which produces meat that's perfectly pink, extremely tender, and extraordinarily tasty.
