The meat they grill comes straight from Argentina, giving that authentic feel. Inside the restaurant, get comfy on the bright red leather sofas and spot the cow skin on the wall, leather runners and wall-mounted wine bottles. The décor follow’s the brand’s colour scheme with reds, blacks, greys and woods throughout.
Although 2K is a steakhouse where you can enjoy a prime cut of meat, the restaurant also serves other meaty delights. Try the steakhouse’s signature lamb chops or get your hands on a hearty burger. Pair your meat with a glass of vino from the extensive wine list, featuring plenty of Argentine bottles.
Begin your meal with traditionally Argentine starters including chorizo sausage, scallops and empanadas, a pastry filled with a choice of ham and cheese, beef or humita. Get your protein kick for mains with the 2K burger with bacon, onion and gherkins or lamb chops with aubergine puree and salsa verde. For steaks, you can choose your size of steak from 225g to 500g and the cut of meat. Rump is the cuadrill, ancho for ribeye, fillet is called lomo and the sirloin is the chorizo. Top your steak with one of 2K’s sauces for extra. There are a few special cuts for those wanting to branch out ever further, such as a rib-eye or fillet spiral cut. For a final hurrah, the typical Argentine desserts are a real treat with churros and pancakes with ice-cream and berry compote. Another favourite is the dulche de leche cheesecake.
