Whether you’re stopping by for a drink in its subterranean cocktail bar, fancy a cocktail in the sun on the secluded garden terrace or book into one of its cocktail classes or tasting experiences, TT is a one-stop shop for lovers of high-quality drinks.
Transforming the cellar of its liquor store into a subterranean cocktail bar, the TT Cellar Bar is where guests can sip on seasonal cocktails based around a specific theme. For example, its ‘Bird is the Word’ menu features a string of creations inspired by birds all over the world. You might choose the Rufous Hummingbird (Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Nixta Corn Liqueur, Banane du Brasil, Cocoa Blanc, Sotol, Chocolate Bitters) if you‘re after a chocolatey hit, or maybe the Atlantic Puffin (Reyka Vodka, Select Aperitivo, Lemon, Oleo Saccharum Orange, Bitters) for something a little more zesty. A small selection of wines, beers and sparkling are also available, as well as a bar food menu featuring a selection of sharing boards and nibbles.
TT's latest development is its stunning rooftop terrace which provides the perfect viewing point in which to gaze over East London from above. Designed in collaboration with award-winning landscape designer Taina Suonio, the space is covered in summery wooden decking and plenty of foliage to create a secluded garden feel. There are also covered and heated booths available for guests to enjoy the space all year round. A tailored cocktail menu is on offer here, as well as a selection of beers, wines and ciders, while on the food front you can feast on Good Fired pizzas from Tuesday to Saturday.
