I visited the Kensington spaghetti house with my two nieces aged 16 and 18. We were given a warm (but not over the top)greeting and taken to our table. The staff were pleasant and friendly, without being OTT, efficient and ‘just right’ in their approach to checking that all was ok. Their timing was perfect, just long enough to look at the menu and decide, the wait for the food was just right and there was no long delay before getting the bill. The restaurant itself was clean, very comfortable and not too noisy. The tables were well arranged so that we could hear each other but not everybody else! The bathroom was clean and fresh smelling. The food was very good quality, piping hot and just the right portion size. We had garlic bread to start, the girls had a pizza each and I had salmon tagliatelli. For desert the girls had sorbet and I had coffee and a mini dessert. For drink the girls had coke and one glass of wine. The total cost was £61 .00 approximately for the three courses and three drinks. I thought this was excellent value. I would certainly recommend this restaurant and will be returning in the future.
