Skewd Kitchen

Skewd London restaurant bar

SquareMeal Review of Skewd Kitchen

Finding its home in suburbanite-central Cockfosters, purposefully misspelled Skewd Kitchen serves up Turkish-Mediterranean dishes and makes use of seasonal ingredients. Using produce from London markets, the varied menu covers everything from clay-grilled lamb to coal-seared seafood, which comes fresh from Billingsgate Market. There are plenty of sides to choose from too, like barbecued mushrooms, and bullet chillies, while desserts see revisions of the classics, with a passion fruit crème brûlèe, and chocolate and beetroot brownie up for grabs. There’s a decent selection of by-the-glass wines and pricey Champagne for those looking to splash the cash. Takeaway options available too.
