Shoryu Ramen Liverpool Street
Hakata Tonkotso ramen is Shoryu's house speciality – a slow cooked thick white pork soup, served with thin, straight ramen noodles, topped with poached egg that’s been marinated in soy, ginger and mirin and long-cooked char siu barbecue pork. If this doesn’t appeal, there’s always the fluffy Shoryu buns, filled with charsui pork, wagyu beef, or a range of sushi and sashimi. To drink? Sake, plum wine, real wine, green tea. It seems to have all the bases covered.
