This wine-focused Dalston site has a modern feel, with a pastel colour palette and copper design accents. Sommelier Dan Whine (who has previous experience at Plateau and Liberty Wines) oversees a list of nearly 40 bins, all available by the glass. There is then a further 100 wines available by the bottle, or to sample via a Coravin system. The seasonal food menu has been designed to complement the wine list, with dishes including oysters with horseradish, pork terrine with white grape and watercress, and desserts such as date pudding with pistachio cream.
