Roux at Skindles

The Roux family knows a thing or two about cooking. Following on from the acclaimed Le Gavroche, Roux at Skindles sees Michel Roux Senior and Alain Roux team up for the first time on the site previously belonging to the Skindles hotel. A departure from their more formal ventures, Roux at Skindles is not an occasion restaurant, and is somewhere where diners can feel at ease. The space features a ground-floor dining room and a first-floor lounge, as well as an outdoor terrace that overlooks a nearby river.
