SquareMeal Review of Rocket by Balls Brothers

Giving the lie to the notion that Canary Wharf is drab, grey & dull, the third outpost of Rocket by Balls Brothers brings colour to Churchill Place. The menu ‘caters for all tastes’ with grills & signature ‘main course salads’ too. There are no half measures here: staff aren’t just friendly, they’re positively flirtatious; portions aren’t just large, they’re gargantuan. An upmarket, ‘every day’ kind of place, it thrives on its comfortable, lively vibe – though it’s probably better suited to bonding than business. The wine list gets a big tick for its sub-£50 rule & impressive by-the-glass offering.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The food arrived in good time and was well cooked. We enjoyed the house wine and found the entire experience a pleasant one.
