Good for all those who love pizza but are looking for a twist, PizzaBuzz has big ideas: ditching pepperoni for bacon jam, replacing prawns with wild rock shrimp marinated in garlic, or adding white figs, rucola and aubergine as toppings all make for winning and unique combinations. It’s up to diners to decide exactly what they want, from the base (gluten-free or not), to the type of cheese on the top (from fontina to pecorino, via mozzarella) and the salad that they have on the side. And to finish? The ice cream here is made from almond milk, cow’s milk or goats’ milk, in novel flavours. There’s beer on tap and Prosecco by the glass as well as a big selection of sodas and juices, which we reckon will be popular with those being treated to the ‘Little Beez’ menu.
