My husband and I visited Pak Awie for the first time yesterday. In an area that's dominated by middle eastern food it is a rare thing of beauty to have Malay flavours. Our expectations were exceeded. The food was well presented, well portioned and served by knowledgeable staff. we had a massive meal consisting of an array of starters, soup and two meat based mains plus drinks and spend only £47.00. An absolute bargain. I would recommend this restaurant to all, not just those with a halal diet. the food is authentic and served in a family run business. Brilliant!
