Half German, half Japanese chef Angelo Sato has worked in some of London’s biggest-hitting restaurants, including Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and Trinity, as well as being head chef at Restaurant Story. Now, he’s opening his solo debut which is set to showcase his style of progressive Japanese cuisine complemented with European accents. Dishes you can expect to find on the menu include the likes of pork belly with daikon and mustard, oyster tempura with kombu and seaweed, and desserts such as custard with tea and burnt sugar.
